Executive Chef Jason Gilmore
Jason Gilmore is the Head Chef at Cobra Lounge and All Rise Brewing Co. Growing up in the Chicagoland area, Jason gets his inspiration from the melting pot of cuisines that the city has to offer. By putting unique twists on everyday favorites, he creates food that is familiar, yet, new. In addition to running the kitchen at the brewery and live music venue, he has catered for the employees and artists at large music events like Spring Awakening, and Riot Fest. Chef Christopher Medack
Chef "Medack" has 26 years experience cooking dellicious catering on a large scale. He spent over 5 years, building the highest volume Whole Foods kitchen in the whole country.
Sous Chef Nicholas Franklin
Chef "Franklin" got his start at age 12 working with his God Father's catering company. After years of working in his other career as a graphic designer and printer, he is back in the kitchen. Ask us about our in house design and printing to help tailor your event!
